The site is information, not advice

Umee describes software products and suggests ways to choose among them. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or employment advice, and it is not a recommendation that a named product is fit for your business. You are responsible for the decision to buy, and for how you use a third-party tool.

Products change

Names, features, plan limits, and prices change. A page records a pricing model and a review month. The official site is the source for the current offer. We do not promise that a description is complete on the day you read it.

Your use of other tools

When you follow a link, that company's terms apply. You are responsible for complying with law that covers your use of those tools, including privacy, copyright, consumer rules, and rules about recording calls or sending email. A generated image, voice, or paragraph can still infringe someone's rights. Check before you publish it.

Advertising and affiliates

The site shows third-party ads through Google AdSense. Some tool links may be affiliate links, disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page. An affiliate relationship does not make a description a paid placement written by the vendor.

Intellectual property

The text, the Umee name, and the Umee logo are owned by AHSoft unless a page says otherwise. Tool names are used to identify products and belong to their owners. You may link to Umee pages. You may not copy the directory into another product and present it as your own research.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the site, probe it for data it does not hold, or send automated traffic that degrades it for readers. Do not use a Umee page to impersonate AHSoft.

Liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, AHSoft is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or a subscription you buy after reading a page. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
